Responsible recreation.

Get wild! But do it respectfully.

Experiencing these open spaces and caring for their inhabitants go hand in hand. Orange County’s landscapes are some of Mother Nature's finest. We're lucky to live in the midst of this grandeur, and even luckier to explore it all. It’s an honor that inspires responsibility—to the land, its wild creatures, and our fellow adventurers. May we take nothing but deep breaths and leave only wonder in our wake.

Get wild! But do it respectfully.

The Reserve is home to 39 protected plant and animal species, and many more that make these incredible habitats hum. Get to know some of the NROC’s wildlife.
